Occupational Therapist
About Peter
As Clinical Director and Principal Occupational Therapist, I have over a decade of experience supporting individuals with complex neurological, acquired and traumatic brain injuries, progressive neurological conditions, and multifactorial disorders. I am an accredited assessor for the NSW Motor Accident Scheme (Nervous System and Mental & Behavioural Disorders) and an iCare Approved Case Manager, leading multidisciplinary teams within the community setting. My expertise extends to the management and rehabilitation of severe brain and spinal cord injuries, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes through expert assessment, tailored therapy, and robust advocacy for sustainable, patient-centred solutions.
My clinical practice is grounded in comprehensive neurological and psychological assessment and intervention, with particular focus on both mental health comorbidities and primary diagnoses. I have played a leading role in specialist hospital and community-based mental health programs and am adept at evidence-based interventions for upper limb dysfunction, including the design and fabrication of custom splints, targeted therapy, and holistic rehabilitation. As an Associate Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association, I am dedicated to restoring function and independence following stroke, spinal cord injury, and progressive diseases.
Beyond my patient-facing role, I provide operational leadership at Dynamic Rehab Group, overseeing service innovation, risk management, and quality governance. My professional credentials include a Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Occupational Therapy, accreditation as a FIM Assessor, and full registration with AHPRA.
